Lol I’m fairly sure a big part of this meta insanity is a pisstake at the editor.
The mayor (=the editor) rewrote the plot so Velou took over Grimm as the MC and even made her less competent. And now he aims to end the world (=the series).

Oh yeah, I started doing some side work as a concept art teacher a few hours a week to 2 classes, pretty fun.
In the last class I remade one of the students’ drawing in live of Tsuyu from Hero Academia, to explain my workflow.
