Since I was drawing Gouketsu, this manga - s2 comparison is a good example of how it’s not just an issue of s2 being rushed but just failing hard at knowing how to handle it:
Gouketsu is supposed to look menacing, this isn’t simply about drawing him detailed.

His name is Vishmalius, he’s the oldest of the three siblings.
He was the husband of a past demon queen and her right hand and army general, he still mourns her death to this day.
He has a daughter but they’re in very bad terms.
plenty of people are into more "normal" or "plain" girls so not gonna claim that my opinion is nothing more than that. It's pretty obvious I have a thing for more unusual girls, like short and tall ones haha.
