Backstory theory for Gums:

I wonder if Murata got inspired by Toriko for the Psykos beam slash, it's really almost the same thing though Murata puts way more emphasis of how crazy it was and making it super detailed, of course.

The very first version already had the dead eyes. After that I changed them but she became more...generic in the following versions. I gave her more damage after which compensated, but recently I decided to just go back to it to complete her look.

She also became a bit shorter.
