I feel so disconnected from my art. Like we’re just two passing strangers.

“How do you fly?” She asked the bat.
“Why, you must have wings!” He stretched his wings proudly.
But she did not have wings.
She could not fly.

“How do you fly?” She asked the bird.
“You must get a running start!” He twittered happily.
She still could not fly no matter how fast she ran.

“How do you fly?” She asked the bee.
“You must think happy thoughts!” He buzzed around her head.
She still could not fly no matter how happy her thoughts.

If I wanna draw my comfort character all day, I’ve decided nobody will stop me. 🥰
Also we’re in for hella snow here this coming week. 😩
