I was looking threw some lancer stuff and saw they had this AWESOME purple Beetle mech (maybe a Dunbine nod).

Turns out this is just art they used and it's not one of the frame types currently in the game.
I hope it is though, I love everything about it 🥺

In case anyone wanted to look into it, there's a ttrpg called Lancer.

It's probably the most optimized mecha ttrpg. You play a Ace pilot a lancer the games 50% naritive play (human rp) 50% mecha combat/ tactics.
The charecter building is unique and fun, they even have a web app!

I'm still haunted about that time where someone told me there's nothing like Madoka and I explained Ryuki's influence on it.

The guy came back the next day and told me they were nothing alike because the riders weren't cute girls and I was dumb for watching men in spandex 😰

@FlywheelKnot 6) I wasn't alone though. This had festered and started that weird "IDL mecha but..." attitude. If there was a mecha people would make every excuse to avoid that part of it because it was a mecha.

and all mecha are slow burn real political dramas like gundam right?
