Sudden news: Seeing 100 new followers showed up, making it 400 rather than the initial 300, i decided to CAP THE LIMIT to 100 and announce the winners sooner, as well as add one more possible winner making them three, so it means there's less than 10 spots available

I teased a dragon (or drake?) character some time ago but never to his full extent, as i wasn't happy with his look, so i reworked him in a more dracon style based on what i've learned recently, third pic is his old look, second is new with old palette
