Revisiting an underrated Cameron banger! Loved this one since I was a kid. Filled with great visuals and performances it holds up better than most from the era. Pretty crazy that in a few months I'll finally be able to retire this ancient DVD.

One of the best sequels of all time, no matter the genre. Whale returns to his most famous character and brings some camp goodness along with him. Dr Pretorius is one of my favorite characters in any movie.

A legitimately insane early 80s slasher with an amazing cast. Donald Pleasance, Martin Landau, and Jack Palance? Oh my, this is a fun one!

Clearing up a 90s SciFi/Horror blindspot with this one! Never got around to this when it came out but with HR Giger creature designs it's a shock it's taken me so long. This cast is legit insane and I'm hoping for some bonkers fun.

This looks absolutely buck wild and I'm pretty excited to check it out! Only just heard about it a few weeks ago and it looks pretty damn grimy. Definitely here for some Native American revenge tho.

Haven't seen this since opening weekend, but the soundtrack has been in heavy rotation since then. For my money, this is probably the definitive picture about the 60s Greenwich Village music scene. Been in love with Oscar Issac ever since.

Basically putting on Slashterpiece Theater at work right now. Still one of the best in the genre from one of the greatest to ever do it. Add in that sharp as hell Williamson screenplay and an amazing cast, and yeah, it's GREAT!

Keeping this Verhoeven thing going with a visit to my good buddy RobertCop. Not just great satire, but also badass action movie that's one of the best ever made.

Haven't seen this in at least 20 years and back then all of the satire really flew right over my head. A fantastic send-up of ooh-ra military bullshit and a great spiritual successor to RoboCop. This movie pretty much rules.

Baffling that this movie is so underappreciated, but oh well. I love this far-reaching fantasy, the cast is great and creature design is on point.
