I love her outfit and the faces she does, and I just felt it fit that attitude. I kinda came up with her voice from that, and from simply not being able to pull off a better Rouge voice like others. 😂 I’m glad to see that people seem to like it.

I based my voice for Rouge, especially for the IDW one I voice, off her portrayal here when she goes to white park. I don’t know why, but her “posh and refined” attitude just stuck out to me.

Fun fact: Despite how fast sonic is, Snip would have a good chance of being able to cause damage and dodged and deflect attacks. His reflexes themselves are lightning fast, and he has sharp blades that he wields. He’s very precise, and is somewhat crazy.
