And these designs will permanently mark this galaxy in the following years (from Clone Wars, Chapter 6 in 2003, a few months after her appearance in comics).

Before becoming one of my favorite SW characters thanks to her appearances in The Clone Wars (2008), Asajj Ventress was first a concept proposed for Sidious' apprentice in Episode II (it will eventually be Dooku).
