The Drain Deimos from RE399 have returned for 3R, and they're a lot smaller this time around. I like it, they remind me of the Chimera found in the first game's lab. It's like a re-run for Jill, dealing with something she's familiar with on a somewhat larger scale.

FF7R is legit becoming a Midgar game. I imagine with all of its side content it will feel like exploring a living world, instead of running through pre-rendered backgrounds in a linear story. Side quests are interesting to see, adding to the immersion of massive Midgar.

According to the press document attached to this update, Alex's unique monster is a creature called Yateveo. Apparently, it doesn't move at all, but if you summon it in the right place it can do some good damage. Reminds me of Plant 42.
