Is this my best work? No.
Do I love these gemstone horns? Yes.
Very rough concept, meet Clarity.
@blkgirllostkeys I like to draw while watching TV or listening to a podcast. It helps me feel active, while letting most of my body rest. Plus it lets me be creative, which is a huge bonus.
WIP. Sometimes when I feel overwhelmed by a piece, I’ll color in some of the areas I’m excited/confident about, both to keep my excitement going, and to double check that I like the direction things are going.
Doing a redraw of an old piece to see progress, keep an eye out!
@ace_of_dragons @shiverspooky Congrats Saba!!! Throwing my hat in the ring here, would love to see your take on Flich!
Learning new things, so still very experimental, buuuut….
Cute little awkward gobbo doesn’t know how to smile for photos.
From there, remember that tactical retreat via disengaging or hiding can save your hide, and that a sneaky goblin is a living goblin. You’re still being brave, don’t worry.
Let me know if this persuades you to play your own goblin caster! This is mine, Flich the Wild Mage.
“Th-there won’t really be vampires here, will there?”
Drew this for an upcoming event (which I will share it again for), but wanted to share it now to celebrate one of my best works to date. Flich is going to a gala! #OCGala2022
I know that I have improved. What I make is good and worth being proud of. Seeing a way to improve does not devalue what you’ve made to this point. I’m happy with my art. I like it, it makes me smile. And I can only go up, but only if I’m happy that’s what I’m doing.
@Drunken_Bard @ace_of_dragons Hi there! I’m SpoonQueen, a D&D artist who’ll be opening commissions in the near future! My favorite things to draw are goblins and glowy things. 😂
