Hands down, her personally when excepting the circumstances is happy-go-lucky. Fun when on screen. Plus, she caused one of my fetishes.

Worst: Maika
She was more played for the stereotype of hot teacher in bunny suit. Pass.

Okay, how is half of this cosplay? An excuse for scantily clad women I understand but the art is what draws me in versus the story itself. Standard protags get transported to alt world, I would have preferred to see the reverse storywise.

W1: Shuffle!
Final Verdict

A must have in anyone's collection. If you read Japanese, go with "Shuffle! Essence+" as the expansion on the main story is worth it. The original will always hold a biased place though in my heart.
7/10 with Essence+ 8/10.

Her personality and backstory gets me everytime. And the design with her Overalls-Skirt look is cute as hell.

Sorry, but the girl who lives with you trope and yandere tendancy turns me off. Better in later titles.

Structure
The premise is simple when compared to modern harem. There are few select choices and it is easy to find the correct route you want which runs some of the surprise first playthrough. I wish the character development was stronger but the followups fix that.
