The pastels I used were Unison, which are great all rounders, with excellent opacity, and Sennelier that I use for adding a little punch to the final layer with their unbeatable vibrancy.

Got a new double oven. Before use it should be run at max temp for 1 hr, then grill at max temp for 15 mins & then fan at max temp for 15 mins, that's times 2 for 2 ovens.
What is this for! There is a fuel crisis & I've to waste enormous amounts of energy/money cooking nothing?!
