If you didn't know where Mega-Salamence's Pokemon Home sprite comes from, it's literally its Mega-Evolution animation's first frame.
It's just can't be seen properly due to the Mega-Evo effect.
There's so many Pokemon I wanna add to the game, we have an almost perfect NatDex working in BD/SP but there's still a lot of work left to do, specially animation-wise.
I guess the fun will never end, huh.
I think it's time to go further with the material-change part of my mod, specially for ghost and metal Pokemon.
Here's a quick edit I made to Haunter, added transparency and a red outline to the hands, resembling the old sprites.
Alright so thanks to the knowledge I gained from editing Giratina's textures, I reworked Crystal Onix and now it perfectly looks like it's made out of transparent crystal.
A little comparison between how Darkrai looks like in base BD/SP and how it will look like in Luminescent.
It's amazing how some animation and texture changes can give the Pokemon models such a big change.
I just discovered that Darkrai actually has modelled and editable legs included in the Pokemon model.
They are just COMPLETELY UNUSED in the games.
Felt spooky, migh give this nightmare-giver some new animations later.
After a lot of material testing and editing, Crystal Onix is finally a thing in Pokemon BDSP.
