This is one of the Herbert’s most recent acquisitions and was given by the Estate of Jacqueline Morreau.

She was known for her distinctive drawing style and her
contributions to the feminist art movement in Britain.

Brooke visited Coventry from 1819 to 1820, and the album of watercolours he produced provides an important insight into Coventry's history and the development of the city centre.
