I don't reckon I've ever been terrified by a Final Fantasy enemy until I saw Malboro can jump in FFXVI.
As I close the curtains on 5.3, I am left with a wrenching desire to start weeping as I watched a journey end. I weigh these words heavily when I say that Naoki Yoshida and his team have delivered the best Final Fantasy story to date and set the bar high for future expansions.

If you told me Square Enix was going to have a superb output this console generation 10 years ago, I wouldn't have believed you. The narrative that Square is a "Shadow of its former self" is proven to be untrue.
