thank you for being the one that i want(ed when i discovered grease at twelve years old)

working on a few personal projects in-between working on commissions and today i've been painting hands (which i LOVE)

here is a small oil study on wood of a tiny vintage ceramic ashtray with a poodle on top

historically i don't tend to paint studies but i decided that this year i'd start and i have to say, it feels good
