This is the Chenoo. An ice giant from Native American myth. They are said to have once been human but their heart was turned to ice due to some terrible deed done. They transformed into a towering monster with sharp teeth and claws wandering...

I’ve been listening to a number of great myths, legends and lore podcasts and they’ve all been great. Here’s work in progress of a closeup of an ice giant, also known as a Chenoo from Native American myth. I heard this particular story on the Mythology podcast.
