[Original / Critter] Apparently I'm on a short critter kick as I tend to be whenever I start messing around with a new program.
I still have no idea what I'm even doing in CSP 🙃

[Original] More messing around with CSP and I think I /finally/ have the right kind of brushes to illustrate this Ka Dragon in a way that's much closer to how I've always envisioned it.
Critters tend to be one-off designs, but I still keep them catalogued in case I figure out an interesting way to make one of them into their own full on characters. Many of my characters started off as critters, such as Heed & Lambria, Honey, Graham, and all of the hotel goats!
To put it simply, critters are the improvised creature designs I draw from the top of my head, often with the purpose being done as practice and experimentation with character designing, limited color palettes, and shading with different colors.
If you've ever wondered "Hey Tika, what are all of these creature designs you come up with?", then here's a little introduction to what exactly they are, along with some older examples.
All of these are what I refer to as "critters"!
Because I've been seeing this a lot, I figured, why not toss my hat into the ring?
2009 -> 2014 -> 2019
Fun fact: that Sasuke image was the first thing I ever drew in SAI!
