"The Calm Before" I wish I had a picture of this displayed in its frame... but I don't. I painted this painting to merge with very precious ±250 year old frame that Amy and I hunted down in London.
'One I Love' oil on panel... this is a picture of the limited edition floating in the quiet window of our San Diego Gallery.
"Fever and fear, always earthbound, always on aim to bring each of us down
Homesteads may flood, the roofs can fall in
The gale of the rain may cut at your skin
The years take their toll, as they do for us all
But you my sweet doll, stay strong through it all"
"Time presses on..." Only nine more days!!! Yesteryear - November 9, 2019.
Off to somewhere today, somewhere I think will be important. I don't know for sure, but I hope... and that's pretty much the same thing.
"... Your eyes are my lost silver—my only solid truth
They keep my hope from fleeing; they keep my lungs still breathing...” #TimCantorArt
"... We are born crippled, confined, burdened by time and the vines of blood lines
We are the bearings of fog, of history and clocks, of the mysteries of life
In the hollow of rocks...”
