On today’s episode of appreciating things I’ve only recently noticed about Pokemon design: Blaziken’s arms are not only chicken legs, but are meant to look like wrist wrap, which boxers where underneath their gloves. Game Freak are some clever folks.

Can we talk about how good GameFreak is at making Owl Pokemon? Both look badass and threatening, yet have a certain air of class and sophistication to them; just like the animal they’re based on.

Everybody was hyped for the custom hair in Pokemon LGPE, but my guy Michael was styling his Eevee back in 2005.

5. I saw him on screen for a second and actually thought he was a fighter at first. I’d love to play as Zero, but I’m cool with him just being an AT. I’m just happy to see him make an appearance.
