Gloria runs the Evergreen Town supermarket and is the town's seamstress. She thinks of herself as a trendsetter and loves to give advice, good or bad. She tries to set her brother Bankin but doesn't always recognize her own faults.

Cletus is another resident from Evergreen Town who's somehow even more naive than SnowBelle. He's very danger-prone and always finds a way to get himself in trouble or pain. But that never seems to dour his sunny personality.

Bones is a grave robber who lurks in the Bedeviled Forest. He owns the cemetery and will murder anyone who comes near it unless they pay him in souls. He also wears an amulet with the power to steal other creatures' elemental abilities.
Parents beware: keep your children safe.

Bally and Flakie are SnowBelle's older siblings and Evergreen Town's most notorious troublemakers. They pull pranks and vandalize properties for fun.
Bally is an oaf obsessed with chocolate and Flakie is a nasty crone full of pride and spite.

Timothé Imiter is Mimi's creator. He's a cartoonist from Burgundy, France who longs to bring his character to life for children's entertainment. When his wish comes true, he is given the chance to showcase her on stage, only for the audience and producers to humiliate them both.

Nix is the noble protector of Annualia. Her duties are to keep the seasonal regions safe and preserve the inhabitants' stories. She also grants wishes to those in need, including children and dreamers who are not from Annualia.

Pipkin is the trouble making nephew of Mayor Bankin. He's got quite the chip on his shoulder and has no respect for either elders or animals. The only people he has any respect for are his mom Gloria and Bernie.
