Kecleon is the Color swap Pokémon, a Pure Normal-type Pokémon with the ability Color Change and Protein as its hidden ability. It will evolve into Decleon when it changes its typing 17 times while holding a Multicolor Horn.

@Yotakuboi Yeah agree did an edit with the idea of him having his old colors at point, but due to the passage of time, all the paint fainted or chipped off.

I'm surprised Hastak hasn't done any new toys for these two yet. Considering how much the fandom loves them. They're like some of the only H3-era characters to escape their original fiction.
