So I’m trying to figure out World of Darkness for the first time.
Character concept so far. At least baseline concept. Also I just love these two drawings.
@SheaBallard I found this by some weird chance.
Kate is very much the cactus. She does like being hugged but she’ll never show it.
Luna don’t care, despite her rough exterior, she’ll suffer a death of a thousand needles if she wants to hug you.
If there was ever a time to wish you were Spider-Man. I don’t know the artist but I think it’s fan made. 💜
@SheaBallard Malin here is in my sci-fi WIP. I’m still world building the future. She has an LI even if she doesn’t want a relationship more than friend/crew-mate. But you can bet she’ll hunt down anyone who harms her crew… her fiends… the only family she knows.
Some days I don’t care who the other is, I just want to be this person.
@justin_author Malin:
Dear Diary, today I learned that even though my prosthetic can act as an electrical conductor, it’s still painful as hell.
@metacene_mark I thought I’d strap some oars on and row to the moon. 😉
Dieselpunk might be the best choice but I’ll look at that wiki page, didn’t know that was a thing on there.
The main issue I had with calling it cyberpunk is that it always conjures images of smooth beauty.
#WritingQ
Is industrialpunk a genre? I’m looking for a term between #steampunk and #cyberpunk to use for a story set in a space colonization period.
Cyberpunk is too pretty (but exists for rich people) and Steampunk is not quite a fitting tech. 🤔
