I did a redraw of one of my recent drawings in a high contrast style, trying to use as few shapes/lines as possible to practice painting.
Does it still count as a lighting study if you didn't actually reference anything and just messed around with a brush for three hours?
Anyway I've been playing a lot of RDR2 and for the amount of time I've spent staring at a horse's ass you'd think I'd be better at drawing one.

Somehow the Santa hat turned out really good lol.
I've never properly worn one before.

It's very basic but I did say I'd colour it so here's a flat colour at least!
