After laying his head down he fell asleep. She thought about how hard he works for his people. It had become late and even she grew tired. The thought that she would just rest her eyes for a minute seemed harmless. But she fell asleep the moment her eyes closed.

She had noticed darkness under his eyes. She took hold of his hand. He protested but she pulled him along regardless and led him to the couch. She sat down suggesting he take a quick rest on her lap. He wanted to decline but how could he pass this moment up.

Reed found Page wandering back to the training hall. He immediately started venting to Page about Olivia but then noticed something on his face. Pointing it out made Page blush. Tasing him made Reed forget about his problem winning Olivia over for a moment.

Olivia pointed out a cut on Reed’s arm. She quickly started tending to it. He smirked asking if she had fallen for him. Without hesitation she assured him she hadn’t and finished. She then excused herself and went inside with an odd feeling in her stomach.

The girls swam over. Lily complemented Page on his skills while insulting her brother. Feeling embarrassed from last night Reed couldn’t even look at Olivia. Her eyes stayed locked on him even when Lily pulled Page aside to let the two be alone.

After their tea Lily showed Olivia around. They stopped at the training hall when Lily pointed out her brother training with his friend Page. She pulled her along to go say hi to them.

He found his way to his room where Olivia was in bed. He curled up next to her passing out while she was still awake. She stared at her new husband for a moment. With a small sigh she leaned over grabbing the blanket to cover him and then fell asleep as well.

The next day they were married. After the ceremony Olivia excused herself saying that she was feeling tired while Reed continued to celebrate with everyone. It wasn’t long before he had had to much to drink and went looking for some company.

Reed decided he’ll try to win Olivia over in hopes they would have a marriage like his parents. But then Olivia tells him that she won’t get in the way of him and his lovers. Her poor image of him bothers him, but what bothers him more is that she seems indifferent

They meet again after years. Reed is dumbfounded. the outgoing childish girl playing with his little sister disappeared. Olivia was small and frail looking with a cold dazed demeanor. Her beauty was unquestionable but she was far from what he would look for.
