Did my first illustration in ages, Characters name is Kotoko. I feel like it's been ages since I've done any drawings of my own characters so.... here she is

Wanted to try something I saw and decided to use @KistuNae's Dino emote I drew as the test subject, I remember I used to love doing these scratch arts as a kid so getting to make my own felt good. (Don't forget to follow her on Twitch so we get the original as a sticker)

I was fooling around with some filters and the border tool.
@KistuNae won the costume contest, Mumei took 2nd and hopefully @V_Illustration can do better next year.
