So during my recent visit with @Pachyman1 and the @fatdanwich, a certain character in an episode of Talespin came up. This rather handsome character appeared once and only briefly. He's fat, nameless and a master thief. If I could turn him from a life of crime, he'd be a keeper.

Getting a lot of input about his redesign. I’d like to go more toony with him. Hence the bigger posterior.
