@PodcastmonManga Some little tidbits that might be worth a mention. Green/Blue's design is based on a girl trainer design by Sugimori made for the Red&Green guidebook. Also, Imposter Oak's sprite was found in one of the Gold&Silver beta builds.
@iVflA9xgJZt8JOZ @iracco The emblem is very detailed. Is it a Man Hunter symbol?
@CptKicksville Just recently found your wordpress, the production timeline and your other entries are really awesome! It's cool you're continuing to update it as the movies come. Maybe another aspect to cover would be Tomino's recent-ish book detailing his reflections on the anime production.
@Aaron_Margolin @RacieBeep If only they had stuck to the beta Elebaby design this could have been avoided
@Ashley_Mcmike @lilywithoutlegs Where does the gamer evangelion manga fit into this?
@HiResPokemon Ya know it took me a couple days to notice but this illustration is another example of mewtwo's tail coloring being a gradient of purple around on the base and tip and not a solid purple like later depictions.
@thpcastleofcard Any reason you went for the anime design for the GS ball and not the Sugimori's design?
@lilywithoutlegs Nice references to Hikari and Kensuke's plugsuits. I think the green and white version of Kensuke's plugsuit looks better all around, but isn't as bold as the yellow version from Girlfriend of Steel 2.
@MartinToney1 Reminds me a lot of this bit of official art, wish there was more spin-off material with these three as an eva pilot unit.
