@ChuKazoo @YarkWark Man, this takes me back. Me and YarkWark used to talk about Neopets too! I still have this DA Note she sent me alerting me that they added the Petpet Laboratory section of Neopets and she even drew me the Lab Ray Scorchio because she knew I loved this character...

Me and @YarkWark go way back. Back in Ye Olde Days of Deviantart, she would occasionally surprise me with drawings of my dragon characters, no questions asked.
These drawings are like ten years old but I still kept them because man, what a sweet thing to do.

Man, 2020 really has been the year of bringing back old cartoony video game villains in surprising reveals, hasn't it.

Honestly a fun little exercise! Probably need better noise filters though.

@JaneGumball People think I'm joking when I say that some of my favorite animated backgrounds are from The Mask: The Animated Series (as in, an adaptation of a Jim Carrey cartoon) until I show them some shots.
Look at this expert use of gradients and soft shading.

You know, once you realize that Dr. Nefarious is actually a very young man in the UYA holovids - probably at max like 23 years old before he becomes a robot - his original squishy design actually becomes a lot better? Like look at this guy. Peak dumb millennial.
