IBM+Microsoft's OS/2? Yes, there was once a Tux Paint port! That was back in 2006, as well -- 5 years after the last release of OS/2 (which was about 6 months before Tux Paint was born!)

We used the Lightning magic tool (coming in v.0.9.27), drawing them upside-down on a black background, then used the Negative tool to invert the colors, and the Grass and Paint tools (using the vines & squirrel brushes) to add some detail.
