Dr. Octavia Mandolin is a xenobiologist/experimental engineer. That works for the foundation. Originally she was scooped up by the foundation due to one of her inventions.
Sanna's curse then took a turn for the worse as it caused Harris to be isolated for eons until he was let out by former members of his cult. He’s a tired dad who worries about his children and really does want them to be better than him.

Background:
The Scarlet King or Harris Arkham is a very tired and very depressed being who has done some messed up shit in his past and has some big ass regrets for it.
She works with both MTF and Researchers on a daily basis and leads the MTF Alpha - 9 “Last Hope”. She is experienced and well trained. But one of the most Important pieces of information is that Judge is a child of the Scarlet King and she does not know this.
Had to do the boob meme with Harris (my scarlet king). He's having issues with his shirt buttons as of late. Andrew's from scpsitethirtynine on Tumblr gets a nice view of Harris's incident.
I've been working on anatomy as of late and I'm working on figuring out propotions of human. So Judge is getting a bit of a redesign.
