I will also toss in Urshifu since, again, it’s an easy promotional tool and we don’t have a Gen 8 pokémon or a fighter who really can change stances, making them unique.

My extremely safe generic predictions are all "legacy" characters that have had recent releases they can easily promote. I specifically think the hunter from the upcoming Monster Hunter Rise is possible since again, represents the franchise and is an upcoming Switch exclusive.
