Looks like the beta sprites for Diamond and Pearl got dumped, here are some of my favorites. Notably, seeing Quagsire on all fours is really bizarre.

Who can crawl in Smash seems to be completely random. You have characters like Rosalina and Pac-Man who can when I am pretty sure have never crawled ever, but Mario and Donkey Kong can't crawl for whatever reason.

2019 really out here giving us some of the best designs of the decade.

Reminder that these three are entirely different characters.
