Another long pose (2hrs) but this time I treated it more as an illustration rather than a photo-realistic study. I like how this one came out! Feels more me
2 hour pose!
While I do think this is technically alright, I actually like the 20 minute poses more since they encourage me to be looser and more gestural, which leads to a better likeness I think! I get too focused on small details / get a little muddy with too much time.
20 minute sketch from my figure drawing class I liked enough to post!
Midterm highlights from my figure drawing class. Excited for another six weeks of learning!
Week 5 Day 2
I feel like I've made really good progress drawing on giant pieces of paper with charcoal!
Quick drawing from my class today that I really enjoyed doing! I focused more on exaggerating the beautiful shapes in the model's body rather than perfect anatomy - Ve has a lot of nice curves in veir arms! I had a lot of fun with this and the model was very inspiring!
Week 4 Day 2
VERY good day today, loved the model and ve was very inspiring to draw!
I'll be years late with you Anny here are my 4 characters I relate to without saying anything more about them https://t.co/BFpLvjfT94
