Adam wasn't a pedophile and he didn't groom Blake, this page goes out of its way to show that.He walked Blake home because she was the daughter of Ghira, & he didn't pursue her afterwards. Once Blake joined the WF, illia reintroduced them.

@rwbyzuko This makes Blake at the very least 12. And since there is no official age for Adam we can assume they are close to each other, especially as you pointed out she called him a boy when they met, her being a girl.

And remember he didn't see her for a whole year after the meeting.

I mean for fuck sake she was raised in the one spot in the world where EVERYONE can feel safe. Her family was secure, more secure than the others in fact considering they lived in a mansion. Blake never unwillingly faced a day of hardship in her early life.

At this point he believed he was a monster and wanted to deny any moments of weakness he had previously. Adam never wants shows remorseful because of people not being able to kill more. He's in denial.
