Most effort I've ever put in fanart, if memory serves me right.

This took about 11h and 30mins, of which 8 hours went to lines alone.
For comparison: I modeled a 3D-reference for that skull-mask in a little over an hour.

Works with backgrounds tend to risk getting left unfinished, or getting alt versions made of them (Like that second picture. The actual version is about gardening.)
