CAHID PhD student, Claire Fitton, has been working with biomedical engineer Dr Tim Drew (School of Medicine) to create a 3D printed ultrasound probe rig. The equipment aims to improve reliability of acquiring vessel diameter measurements in the cadaveric thigh, using ultrasound.
Great to see models from the @UoD_Museums D'Arcy Thompson Zoology collection featured in this wonderful initiative! Scans by CAHID's Dr Erolin and MSc Medical Art students.
