This is a younger version of his father, I'll probably add a beard and make him more buff and evil looking.

Part 2:
For some reason I changed him a lot, but the origin is still the same half-orc dude. Third pic is the final design I made for the campaign, and last one is the current outfit!

I realized that my D&D character Garo originated from a concept art project from when I was studying at an art school, and he went through a lot of changes before becoming what he it now. Part 1 of 2 of the evolution here (in order from older to newest):
