Detailed art nouveau background design gives us this. Interesting, but still not quite.

#3 is getting more of the look, but not there yet. If you throw more words, sometimes you get better results. Here’s “art nouveau poster portrait of a woman, in the style of Mucha.” Better, but still not quite.
