But it is especially on the Mega Man series that the collaboration between Greg Winters and Capcom has been prolific. He illustrated a good part of the Mega Man games released on NES, Super NES and Game Boy.

Greg Winters began his career as a freelance illustrator in 1982. One of his first cover art was for the 1984 adaptation of Gremlins for consoles an computers. He also painted one of the movie posters of Gremlins 2, which was also used for the cover of the Famicom adaptation.
