Chow, a pro-democracy uni student, passed away on 8-11-2019 due to severe brain injury after he fell from 3/f to 2/f of a carpark during protests on 4-11-2019
The cause of his death is still unclear but we know HK Police had stopped the ambulance to reach the scene for 20 mins.
