And for yellow/black we have Emolga.
Unova's own Pikachu (rare wild encounter and all), and one of the most notable small Pokemon of the region in general.

One of the starters had to get its colors, and Osha has a similar body shape to most elec-rodents so it worked the best.

Another friendly jab at competition, this time our past competition from Sm4sh's base game: Kalos's underdog "Spiky Nut" grass starter, Chespin!

Oshawott and Chespin are fairly similar in the anime as far as personalities go, too, except Chespin is more of a glutton.

Day 3 is a friendly little jab at our current competition: Galar's popular fire starter, Scorbunny!

A lot of smaller Pokemon seem to have similar body shapes to Oshawott's, so for the primary colors I thought of going with fellow unevolved base starters like Scorbunny here.

One of the aforementioned "easy" ones is the shiny palette! The least different of the 3 shiny starters, going from cyan to blue.

It might be a bit hard to tell it apart from Oshawott's default color if it weren't for its cute pink nose (and more vibrant ears on the stock icon).

It is Oshawott with his own stock (another modified Shuffle icon). He was actually one of the firsts I did palettes for, both before and after rebranding.

Lastly is the Shadow Pokemon palette again, based around their flaming dark aura in Go and XD. These Pokemon have had their hearts(/emotions) artificially locked away in exchange for higher stats...

The last of the new Tepig palettes is Zorua, the Tricky Fox Pokemon that is commonly associated with gen 5 due to the Zoroark Masters of Illusions movie (where it's a major plot point) and being associated with N (BW's most popular trainer) in the games (and a manga: Adventures).

We're not done yet however! Moving on from gen 4 and back into gen 5, is a palette based off Munna, the Dream Eater Pokemon!
Munna is found in the Dreamyard next to Striaton City in the main games, is Fennel's main 'mon in the anime, and is a major NPC in PMD3 Gates to Infinity.

And our last Tepig palette based off a Pokemon from gen 4 is... Bidoof!

Bidoof is a fairly common Normal type 'mon on Sinnoh routes. It's gotten to the point of memes where it's used for "impossible" self-imposed player challenges.

Also a friendly PMD2 (Explorers games) NPC.

Next is this blue palette based off Shinx, an electric type gen 4 Flash Pokemon normally based off a mythical sphinx.

This is the only Tepig palette with his hind legs shared shared with his rear's, just like Shinx itself. Even gave him a red nose like Shinx's tiny little nose.
