I have not watercolor painted in a long time! Wanted to warm up with a Valri Cat painting...pretty Victorian inspired.

I wanted to redraw/re-design an older Valri Cat concept! I made the original back in 2018 and its stuck with me as something still interesting in design! I wanted to do a parody of the Magical Girl craze and well...I love her!
