2009: Eden of the East was fun, but also Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 which I just holed myself up in my apartment over a weekend and cried a lot because it was very good but very very sad.
2011: Fate/Zero and the first season of Chihayafuru. These things are very different and I like them for very different reasons.
Just to backtrack a little, it was remiss of me--in that I literally didn't see it on the list I was using for that year--to not put Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju in 2016, so look, pretend I did, because that was also Extremely Good if Very Sad.
2014 was a year of bangers; every season had a really good show. SORRY NOT SORRY.
WINTER: Hoozuki's Coolheadedness
SPRING: Haikyuu!!
SUMMER: Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun
AUTUMN: Shirobako
2015: This was a year I didn't watch much? I have been watching Akagami no Shirayuki-hime lately with a friend though, and it's pretty cute. I don't remember if I actually finished Ore Monogatari, but I do know I watched at least part of it and it was fun/cute?
2019: I haven't watched s3 of Chihayafuru despite being hype for it because I keep being like "I want to rewatch the first two seasons first" and then getting overwhelmed by all that anime.
So the only 2019 anime I watched was the most recent season of Bungou Stray Dogs. :')
Ok twitter ate my tweet but I'm probably gonna cheat some years because I like a lot of different things.
Everyone loves Spy x Family but I'd still feel remiss not mentioning it. But also had a lot of fun watching Sasaki to Miyano with friends. It's very cute.
it depends on the media but uh i am especially weak to silverhaired pretty boys with (often) questionable personalities, smol angy, lovable rogues, and weird characters with nice voices. https://t.co/n9LqROF55V
