@Ellenstration Colm 'Bastard Baby' Theriault is a Sacaarian. A race of elf that gets no taller than 5'2" and live in the high mountains. They can walk barefoot in snow to up too -30C and can lift double their weight!
You'll most likely find Colm behind a bar or on top of one dancing for dolla
