You'd never guess...but I think brightly colored characters are fun! I was always happy how this colored pencil portrait for "Icee" came out. What a challenging riot of texture and color!

Introducing my character Shale, a color headed white blue merle shetland sheepdog. She's been around for a few years but I never got around to posting about her! These days, she's as much of a fursona as Vantid is.

"Intertidal", the trapped and mirrored self, works in progress. The sketch burst out, unplanned, and I had to paint the anxious oscillating energies of apathy and panic!
