It’s probably the strangest TMNT cel I own. But I love Halloween so I just had to have it in my collection!
It’s from season 4 episode 39 “Unidentified Flying Leonardo”.
It’s funny how different the actual art looks compared to on screen.

Todays Fred Wolf TMNT character sheet is Lord Dregg. 1st seen in season 9 ep. 1 “The Unknown Ninja”. He comes to earth to strip it of its resources, but when the TMNT interfere he becomes obsessed w/ destroying them.
Dregg is a personal favorite voiced by the late great Tony Jay
