I think hagakures hair is unkempt and uneven because she cannot look at herself in the mirror to comb it. She probably did try cutting it once when it got too long but it came out uneven because she couldn't look at her hair to do it right.

This tiny habit of his is very cute 🥺 I think he does it whenever he gets emotional and probably need to stop from crying.
