Day 1: Peaches

Working on several artworks for Sun Wukong appreciation week that's coming up, got 6/7 days done already but i got stuck on day 6's prompt

Decided to take a break and draw something unrelated

So have some random girl i made up as I was too lazy to pull up a ref

Intended to just doodle a landscape, something quick and easy, done in 30 minutes

But then I shoved a person in there and threw everything off

Just Akshay offering a hand to a very odd looking monster hiding in an alley, totally not suspicious at all

just a usual Tuesday for Akshay really, with just a slightly higher risk of being attacked by said monster he's trying to help

Was in the mood to draw something a little spooky

Found an old design i found cute and decided to redesign it for fun

I believe the original design was one i actually bought from a closed species group on DA a long time ago, though I can not remember a single thing about the species, not even what it was called so...yeah

Had a few ideas related to my LMK oc Hou Zhu

He might have been found and raised by spiders, but surely he had parents, actual monkey parents

That idea just took root and i HAD to do something with it

So i came up with these two, his parents Hong Li and Lei Feng

Wanted to draw more of my Hou Zhu and his adoptive spider mama
Then i got carried away and drew the moment she found Hou Zhu as a baby
